Additional coordinators may be required for barn/farm weddings, vineyard weddings, private house weddings and/or large open space/non-traditional venues and weddings that require a lot of set up. Your coordinator will gather all of those details you have been working hard on (*insert blood, sweat, and maybe some tears here*). They will spend time becoming familiar with your vendor team or make recommendations for vendors you are struggling to book. They will build the timeline by collecting all of the important vendor details They will meet with you at your venue to go over the flow and make suggestions to ensure a top-quality guest experience. They will review your floral and rental order to make sure the design and quantities are buttoned up!
From the moment you book with us, your coordinator is there as your planning bestie. They will be there to keep you motivated and provide guidance throughout the process. They know what can go wrong, even when you don’t. They can troubleshoot problems ahead of time and on the spot (big or small) ~ from how to handle missing escort cards, to sewing up a blown out crotch in the groom’s pants.
Your coordinator will physically walk through the space with you and the venue manager and figure out how the order of events will flow, how your tables will be set-up, and make suggestions to ensure your guest experience is top-notch. Your coordinator makes sure to address specific questions and problem-solve issues such as how to alleviate a long line at the bar during cocktail hour? Is there a space for the band to take breaks? Where will the Grand Entrance take place? The coordinator may also ask that you invite your florist and/or rental company to discuss decor and set-up.
From setting up your welcome table and escort cards to lighting the candles on the tables…and everything in between. A wedding day is filled with so.many.details…the list is endless! Your coordinator will be the boots on the ground to get things done while you're getting ready, taking photos, and dancing the night away! They will flip your ceremony flowers, set up the desserts, make sure the highchairs are at the right location, stash your veil and grab your flats! Your coordinator is there to make sure every vendor, decoration and person is accounted for!
Coordinators make sure everyone is on the same page and knows where they need to be and when they need to be there. From the processional to the recessional, the coordinator lets the wedding party, family members and DJ know what is happening and the order it is happening in.
Wedding ceremony mistakes are super common—and the most cringe-worthy. Your coordinator will be there to direct your guests once they arrive, corral your wedding party, fix the groom's crooked boutonniere, make sure your officiant has your vows, the best man has the rings and that you're tucked away before guests arrive. There are many moving parts that go into a successful wedding ceremony…having a wedding coordinator present will ensure everything goes as smoothly as possible.
Coordinators connect with vendors before the wedding to make sure everyone is clear on what to expect the day of. When the big day arrives, you coordinator takes your place as “person in charge” and become the point person for your vendor team. They cue the DJ, they make sure your photographer is ready for each event, and they let catering know if photos are running behind…and your vendors WANT this. You photographer doesn’t want to be in charge of cueing you to walk down the aisle, your florist doesn’t want to figure out where the DJ should set-up and your banquet captain doesn’t want to find your Maid of Honor when it’s time for toasts. Piecing together the details is what we do, and logistics is the best part of what we offer. From never being upsold to ensuring everyone is where they need to be, we’ll make sure there isn’t anything for you to worry about on your wedding day. We fully trust your creative vision and your choices, so allow us to be your logistician (planning partner…bestie…fairy godmother…life saver) while you’re sipping champagne in love. We’ll give you access to our planning tools right away and provide any vendor referrals you may need to get your planning started on the right foot. About 60 days before your wedding day we will have a progress meeting, hammer out the timeline and get on the same page with your vendor team well before it’s time for you to walk down the aisle. You’ll get all the perks of a Day-of Coordinator, plus a whole lot more.

This package is perfect for you if you’ve chosen some of your details but you would like a little guidance while planning the rest of your day. Whether you’ve found your venue and you’re stuck on a florist or you discovered a caterer that you love but aren’t quite sure how to find a band to keep the party going, we’ll introduce you to our favorite professionals, explore color palettes and styles with you, and plan a celebration that’s beyond your expectations or imagination.
Once your wedding day arrives, we’ll hit the ground running to execute all of the plans with your team. Just like we mentioned in the Just a Sip package, our goal is for you to be a guest at your party. This is the time to soak in every moment and detail on display as you spend time on the dance floor with your love, your family, and your friends.

A LA CARTE PACKAGES
Your personal bridal assistant who is 100% focused on one thing, and one thing alone: your personal care and happiness! This fairy god-mother acts as an additional layer of help to manage hair and make-up, your photographer, your bridal party and mom! She will make sure that you and your girls have eaten, take care of steaming gowns, assist the photographer with styling you and the details throughout the day, and prepare you for the big walk down the aisle- ensuring your wedding gown train is fluffed and the veil is perfect before making the big entrance! She will bustle your wedding gown and help remove the veil after wedding photos. Price varies based on the number of hours and bridal party size.

Gone are the days when brides need to wait weeks and weeks to get wedding photos and videos back. With a wedding day content creator you can have raw footage back the next day! They will capture iPhone content throughout your wedding day so you can have a phone-free day and be fully present while you're busy getting married! They work in tandem with your photographer/videographer, snapping BTS candids made for social media that you'll have access to immediately. And even better...you will own the content! Giving you the ability to edit content from your day. It’s important to note that these social content creators are NOT a replacement for professional photographers and videographers, they’re an addition to make your day even more memorable! THE AFTER-PARTY - AKA THE NEWLYWED SUITE SET UP
The after-party for the couple is often forgotten about. So, give Klink the keys and let us take care of the romantic decor and make sure the champagne is ready and chilling in the newlywed suite! We will duck inside your suite and make sure it’s ready and waiting for you to retreat and relax after spending a day surrounded by your favorite people. Now, it’s all about you! Imagine walking in and finding candles, rose petals, chocolate covered strawberries, pizza, and even In-n-Out burgers and fries (seriously, you will be starving at this point!). It sounds divine, and believe me when I say it totally is! Let us customize a package that suits you! (Prices vary by design)

On the day of my wedding, I was even more relieved to have found her! After the ceremony, my husband wasn't feeling very well and was having stomach pains. She immediately came to the rescue with medicine, food (which she went to the chef and asked him to prepare specifically for us), and some much needed cocktails. As the evening went on, Jen again came to the rescue when my mom decided to take charge of the evening and deviate from the timeline of events to host her own tea ceremony during our reception.
